Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

All sales at RepsGoat are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos thoroughly before placing an order.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns and refunds may be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or model)
  • The item significantly differs from its product description

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Include clear photos of the item showing the issue
  3. Await our response and return authorization (within 2 business days)
  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items reported outside the 14-day window
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
