1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-demand periods (e.g., product launches, holidays), processing times may extend to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

RepsGoat ships worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination:

3. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand logos or product descriptions visible on the outside. Package contents are declared generically on customs forms (e.g., “clothing” or “accessories”) to ensure your privacy and minimize customs scrutiny.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
5. Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing. RepsGoat is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. RepsGoat is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected] before your order ships.
