The CD embroidery pattern has a total of over 4700 stitches. There is a saying in the industry that navy blue and gray are the two most difficult colors to proofread. It took nearly half a month to select the embroidery thread color in the early stage, and after dyeing and screening ten colors, it was finally confirmed.
Patch: The bottom embryo of Xiaozhangzi is made of composite blended material, which can also be called patch in layman’s terms. It took a lot of effort to match two or three patches of similar colors, and the colors basically matched the original version.
Position the embroidery to the size of “sticker” and cut it by hand according to the original 1:1 ratio.
