After multiple efforts by GF watchmakers, we finally cracked and followed the Breitlight model ® Material Breitlight ® A thermoplastic resin with excellent high temperature resistance, composed of polycarbonate and carbon fiber. The material is 3.3 times lighter than titanium metal and 5.8 times lighter than stainless steel, but it is stronger and cannot be broken by falling! And it has many advantages: super strong resistance to scratching, polishing, corrosion, anti magnetism, anti allergy, and a warmer touch than metal, presenting a mottled visual effect of carbon fiber. (Raw materials purchased from Switzerland are hard won, don’t miss out if you like them)
